Grape Hospitality announces the signing of an extension to the mortgage financing of the 86 hotels it owns and operates in France and 6 other European countries. This syndicated financing consists of several tranches:
- 352 million in principal financing
- A €40 million credit line dedicated to capex investments
- A €7 M VAT credit line
Grape Hospitality demonstrated its agility and operational and financial resilience during the health crisis, and is now benefiting from the rapid recovery of its business and gains in market share, with very strong performances across its network.
This three-year financing extension, with an option for a further year, reflects the renewed confidence shown in Grape Hospitality by its banking partners. Against a backdrop of high interest-rate volatility, it strengthens the Group’s financial structure and provides it with new investment capacity to support its growth.
Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis CIB and Société Générale acted as co-arrangers in this refinancing.
Grape Hospitality is advised by Mayer Brown and First Growth Real Estate Finance (FGREF) as financial advisors.
