Signorizza, the new temple of Italian cuisine in Besançon

Just 100 meters from the Besançon-Viotte train station, the ibis Budget Besançon hotel, acquired in 2016 by the Grape Hospitality group, is opening the Signorizza restaurant.

In the heart of a neighborhood in full renewal, Signorizza sets the tone with its fresh, friendly decor, and offers a menu that’s sure to please everyone!

Signorizza is an Italian brand, already established in France with some 30 restaurants, that showcases Italy’s gastronomic heritage. It’s an opportunity for Bisontins and visitors alike to discover a tasty menu, an ode to healthy, seasonal produce.

Opened on October 18, Signorizza unveils its Autumn-Winter menu, featuring classic Italian dishes. Our favorites are the pinsas, pizzas of Roman origin with a dough made from a blend of three flours – wheat, rice and soy – that’s soft, crisp and easy to digest. Looking for a little comfort? Risotto della Mamma with seasonal mushrooms is a must this autumn. In the kitchen, chef Adrien Le Disqué

With seating for up to 120 diners, Signorizza Besançon is a family-friendly address for lunch breaks in a contemporary setting. Bonus: the menu is also available for delivery.

A concept that suits everyone, from families and workers to businessmen and women,” says restaurant manager Mikaël Valot.
