We have always been concerned about your health and well-being, as well as your safety and that of our employees.
We are working hard every day to adapt our measures and find solutions to this unprecedented health crisis. Our decisions are taken on a daily basis to respond to the evolving situation.
At present, all our restaurants and bars are closed. Many of our hotels in France and Europe are also closed to better protect you and our teams.
Our hotels, which remain open, are complying with the health council’s reception protocol, by setting up :
- An arrival area with reminders of barrier gestures and a hand disinfection station for all.
- A waiting area & path to reception to avoid people crossing. We’ve done away with the mobile check-in and replaced it with a 1.5-meter reception area.
- The elimination of recouche services.
- Quarantine the room for 3 days, and up to 10 days if a guest is suspected of being infected.
- None of our staff enter the room during this period.
Of course, we also provide a minimum catering service for breakfast, either room service or takeaway, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
In the meantime, we are preparing our hotels and restaurants for your return, so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions when this health crisis is over.
