– Floor markings help you to respect the safety distance between you and hotel staff, and every other guest in all our areas (between 1m and 1.5m).
– Our staff will do everything in their power to make your stay as safe as possible. On arrival, you will be asked to provide your credit card to facilitate departure formalities.
– Our cleaning teams ensure thorough disinfection of our public areas. We provide hydroalcoholic gel in the hotel’s public areas during your stay.
– For your comfort, hydroalcoholic gel, masks and gloves are available in our store (while stocks last).
– To respect social distancing, elevator use is restricted to one-time use only, unless you’re traveling with your loved ones.
– Your room is the focus of our attention. A precise disinfection process has been put in place, with special care taken to clean door handles, switches, taps, remote controls and any accessory likely to come into contact with the hands.
– If you miss any products in your room, don’t hesitate to ask for them at the hotel reception.
– Our bar/restaurant and meeting rooms are subject to specific protocols posted at their entrances.
– To ensure you enjoy your breakfast in complete safety, specific rules have been adopted and are posted at the entrance to the room. You must wear a mask if you wish to help yourself at the buffet.
– When you leave, you can deposit your room key in the designated bin.
