A gourmet moment on the roof of Paris
The ultra-contemporary design is the work of architect Michaelis Boyd, who imagined an eco-responsible building made of wood, with a green roof featuring beehives to encourage biodiversity. For interior design, wood blends perfectly with the warm tones of furniture and the prints of fabrics. A lively color palette for a warm, friendly environment.
Whether alone, with a partner or in a group, everyone will find their own cocoon in one of the 30 dormitories for 4, 6 or 8 people, or in one of the 9 private rooms. In all, there are 192 “Plumards” version 2.0, beds designed to respect everyone’s privacy, where it’s good to fall asleep. Each space is designed to be completely independent, with all the equipment needed to avoid disturbing your neighbor: telephone and USB sockets, lighting, a shelf for your personal items or your tourist guide, and a closed locker for securely storing your suitcase. In bathrooms, whether shared or private, the credo is always the same: modernity at the service of practicality.
Located on the 6th floor, the bar-restaurant offers locavore cuisine with finely sourced products. On the menu: creamy truffle burrata, eggplant fries with tomato jam, charcuterie board, pizzas with southern flavors, artisanal ice creams and choco-noisette bombs. Dishes to share and enjoy with a Parisian craft beer or homemade lemonade. For cocktail enthusiasts, the menu features the great classics, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. The barman-mixologist excels in the art of surprising and delighting with recipes as simple as they are delicious.
